front door. Two subway stops are less than five minutes walking

ample living room, equipped with bright double sun-filtering windowpanes, is
furnished with LCD widescreen stereo digital TV (movies in English), DVD/DivX/XviD video player,
DVD video library with titles in English and French, Hi-Fi with CD/Mp3/tape player, radio
and iPod connection, a very large
and comfortable double sofa-bed with orthopedic mattress and a comfortable single sofa bed.
Baby cot available upon request at no surcharge.
The
upstairs sleeping area is provided with a large and very comfortable double bed with double orthopedic
mattress.
The
kitchen is independent from the living room and is finely full equipped with
larger refrigerator and freezer
(you may do shopping even every 4 days),
American coffee maker, kettle, toaster,
oven, microwave oven, exhaust fan.
The
bathroom's complete equipment includes a shower cabin
and useful dressers
and furnishings.
The
telephone is available for any type of call, at very inexpensive prices.
In
the apartment you will find all the needed bed and bathroom linen.
A super-fast washing machine with
automatic dryer (regular washing
in 30 minutes; also suitable for handwash only clothes),
a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board
are at your disposal.

The above rates, which are per night and not per person, include all the usual extras like the final cleaning fee
and heating/air conditioned.
Periods from March (except Easter) to July and of October: €
10 daily supplement.
Periods from December 21st to January 6th and around Easter:
25% supplement.
Cancellations are not refundable with the exception of the
security deposit, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.
